Cate Places First—Golden Quill Writing Contest
Congratulations to the winners of the 27th annual SLO NightWriters Golden Quill Writing Contest! Winners and finalists in three different categories have just been announced. Judges awarded Cate’s essay, “The Auction,” first place for creative nonfiction and have invited her to read it aloud at the awards ceremony on Tuesday, November 14. Cate is honored and excited.
